Art Students Use Talent to Brighten New CASA Office with Mural

CASA of Mercer County, Ewing, NJ

A group of art students from the Pennington School in Pennington, NJ, gave freely of their time and talents in May, benefiting the new offices of CASA of Mercer County in nearby Ewing. Working from a design created by student Erin Kim, about a dozen youth helped complete an 8’ x 12’ mural in the front lobby of the program’s offices. Much of the initial work was performed by Kim, with assistance from a number of other students including Victoria Albert, a CASA intern for the month of May, as well as Pennington School art teacher Caroline Hall. Randall Kirkpatrick, the program’s director of community development, remarked, “Great job by an inspired, creative, hard-working group!”

Posing in front of a portion of the child-friendly mural are (from left) students Jennifer Osolinski, Hye Lin (Erin) Kim, Victoria Albert and Emily Seymour.
