Conference Registration Options:

• Full Conference Registration: Two-and-a half days of workshops, networking opportunities, keynote addresses and more.
• One-Day-Only Registration: Pick a day to attend workshops and all scheduled activities.
• Volunteer Registration: All active CASA/GAL volunteers qualify for a $70 volunteer discount.
• Group Registration: Register five attendees affiliated with the same program and receive the sixth registration free!
• Student or Youth Registration: Take advantage of a steeply discounted students/young adult rate.
• Mail-in Registration: Register by mail if you are not able to access online registration.

Additional Opportunities to Learn and Engage:

• Association Institutes: Increase your learning by adding an Institute session to your registration.
• CASA Meets Congress: Bring the children's voices to Capitol Hill during CASA advocacy day on June 12.
• Purchase Guest Meal Tickets: Bring a friend to meal functions. 

Full Conference Registration

Full conference registration covers one participant and includes conference materials, admission to all general sessions, the recognition luncheon, workshops, networking opportunities, the exhibit hall and meal functions listed in the conference program.

One-Day-Only Registration

One-day-only registration covers one participant and includes materials, sessions and meals for the specified day only. Limited to a single day and may not be combined.

Volunteer Registration

Thank you volunteers! A volunteer discount of $70 off of the full conference registration rate is being offered to all active CASA/GAL volunteers. This discount applies to full registrations only; it is not available to those registering as students or for one day only and is not applicable to meal tickets. 

Volunteers will be identified by colored badges and must state the name of the program they volunteer for when registering.

Group Registration

Register five attendees who are affiliated with the same program and receive the sixth registration free! 

Requirements:

• All registrations must be entered using the group registration form and paid at the same time. Applies only to full conference registrations. 
• Attendees must pay the same registration rate and complimentary registration is equal to this rate. 
• Volunteer discount does not apply to this discount
• There are no cancellations or refunds for registrations. 
• You must complete all fields of the group registration form.
• We request that you complete all information needed for the registration including names of all six applicants and contact information at the time of registration.

Student or Youth Registration

National CASA offers a specially priced full-conference registration rate for students and young adults. Student must be enrolled full-time with valid ID. Young adults must be 25 years or younger. Special discounts do not apply to this rate.

National CASA Institute

Institute seminars offer an interactive and intensive opportunity to thoroughly explore a topic of choice. Read descriptions of the Institute sessions.

• All-day Institute sessions: 9 a.m.– 4 p.m; cost is $75 and includes all session materials and lunch.
• Half-day Institute sessions: 1 – 5 p.m.; cost is $40 and includes all session materials and an afternoon snack.

Please note: Attendance in Institute seminars are limited and on-site registration may not be available for all sessions.

CASA Meets Congress

On June 12, more than 600 CASA and GAL volunteers, program staff, judges, child advocates and other supporters will share CASA’s message with our national leaders. Delegates from almost every state will conduct over 200 meetings on Capitol Hill. It is a special opportunity to meet members of Congress and their legislative staff and acquaint them with the work of CASA programs on behalf of abused and neglected children.

Guest Meal Tickets
